General Bonus Terms

• Threatening, harassing, or causing harm to other members
• Operating an account with false information
• Making payments on behalf of or in the name of a third party

B550 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for investigation based on the following reasons.

• In the event of a breach of the Terms & Conditions
• Providing false information
• In the event of suspicious financial transactions
• Account inactive for an extended period (12+ months)
• At the member's own request

Members may also request account closure at any time. If an active balance is present, the account will be closed after the withdrawal is processed.
